Baked Brie with Yummy Balsamic Glaze – Great for Holiday get-togethers



¼ – ½ cup of Olive Shoppe Aged Balsamic Glaze- I recommend Pecan Praline, Cranberry Walnut or Rich Chocolate Aged Balsamic

½ cup chopped Pecans

1 wheel of Brie Cheese

1 loaf of French bread or baguette


1.     Place the brie in a small baking dish and place a thin layer of chopped pecans on the top. spoon the balsamic over the pecans. Garnish with extras pecans if you so desire.

2.     Bake the brie at 350 for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is soft.

3.     Serve hot with crusty bread.
