6-8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 8oz pk cream cheese, softened
1 C sour cream
4-6 jalapeños, chopped & seeded
2 C Shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 C crushed crackers (Club or Ritz)
1T Olive Shoppe Jalapeño infused oil
1T Olive Shoppe Roasted Garlic infused oil (may use one or both)
Preheat oven to 350*
Combine all ingredients except crumb topping.
Transfer to an over-safe dish, bake for 15 minutes.
Top with cracker crumbs & drizzle with oil, bake an additional 10-15 min.
Serve with tortilla chips
