Recipe Name: Garlic Cream cheese Mashed Potatoes

Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 20 minutes

2 lb potatoes, peeled
4 oz. Cream cheese
2 T Olive Shoppe Roasted Garlic Oil
1/2 milk
2t salt
Salt & pepper
Chopped chives or green onion for garnish(optional)

Boil potatoes in water with 2t salt
Drain, and return to pot
Add cream cheese, Garlic oil, & milk while mashing or mixing.
Season with salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Drizzle additional Garlic Oil over top
