Recipe Name: Garlic Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

1-2 lbs Pork Loin
1 Tbs The Olive Shoppe Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
1 Tbs The Olive Shoppe Rosemary Olive Oil
1 tsp Nature’s Own Seasoning
1 tsp Adobo Seasoning
Olive Shoppe Cinnamon Pear Aged Balsamic
Mix Garlic and Rosemary Olive Oil in a bowl with seasonings. Brush oil mix over pork loin and place in gallon zip-lock bag. Pour remaining oil mixture over pork loin. Marinate over night.
Preheat oven to 350*. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place pork on cookie sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature reaches 160*. Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Slice and finish with a drizzle of Cinnamon Pear Balsamic.
