Ingredients:
SALAD: 4 C chopped kale
1/2 C dried cranberries
1C cooked quinoa
1/2 C pecans, chopped
1/4C feta cheese
2 green onions, sliced thinly

DRESSING: 1/4C Olive Shoppe Meyer Lemon olive oil
1/4C Olive Shoppe Green Apple White Balsamic
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together & add dressing, salt & pepper. Refrigerate for 2 hours stirring occaisionally.
