Recipe Name: Meyer Lemon Salmon

1 lb Salmon, cut into 3-4 pieces
2T Olive Shoppe Meyer Lemon oil
1 teaspoon fresh dill (or 1/4 t dried dill)
1/2 t coarse ground Himalayan Pink salt (may use Kosher salt or sea salt)
1/4 t black pepper

Preheat over to 425*
Coat glass dish lightly with a drizzle of olive oil.
Place salmon in dish, drizzle 2 T over the top, rubbing it in to coat.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper & dill
Bake 10-15 minutes or until flaky.
