1/2 Cup Cut Fresh Fruit (I used sliced strawberries, blueberries andpineapple)
1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
Olive Shoppe Aged Balsamic (Scrumptious Strawberry or Rich Chocolate are my favorites)
Mint Leaf

1. In a bowl, drizzle your favorite Olive Shoppe Aged Balsamic over fresh fruit and stir. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. In a tall glass, add ½ cup of yogurt, ¼ cup fruit mixture, and a layer of granola.
3. Repeat layers.
4. Drizzle Olive Shoppe Aged Balsamic over last layer and garnish with mint leaf.A low fat, tasty treat to enjoy.

Helpful Hint: You can cut and drizzle the balsamic over fruit the night before and refrigerate to save time for a quick, healthy, on-the-go breakfast.
