3 T Olive Shoppe Meyer Lemon Oil
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chick peas
1 C Orzo
1/2 C petite diced tomatoes (canned)
2 C fresh spinach, chopped
1/2-3-4 C Feta cheese, crumbled
Salt & Pepper to taste

Heat oil in 10 in. skillet over medium heat.
Add onion & garlic, cook until soft.
Add chickpeas, spinach, tomatoes, salt & pepper
Sauté for 4-6 min until spinach is wilted.
Top with feta and serve.
