1T Olive Shoppe Scallion oil
15 oz can pumpkin
32 oz chicken broth
1/2 C heavy cream
1 t curry powder
Salt & pepper to season
Garnishes: Olive Shoppe Cranberry Walnut Balsamic Pumpkin seeds

Over medium heat in a med/large saucepan, add Scallion oil, stir until warm.
Add pumpkin, broth and curry powder. Bring to a low boil, whisk in heavy
cream, salt & pepper to taste. Spoon into bowls, drizzle with Cranberry
Walnut Balsamic and pumpkin seeds.
