Recipe Name: Tuscan Bread Salad (Panzanella)

3 C 1/2 inch cubes day old Italian bread
2 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped into 1/2 in chunks
1/2 C bell pepper, chopped
1/2 C finely chopped red onion
1/4 C *Olive Shoppe 5* Traditional aged Balsamic vinegar
1/3 C *Olive Shoppe Garlic infused EVOO(may mix with Signature Blend for
less garlic flavor)
1 C fresh basil leaves, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
n a mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper andred onion.
Whisk together oil and balsamic vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss with the bread mixture, and serve immediately at room temperature.
