Aged for 12 years, this superior Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a rich brown color and a slightly woody bouquet. The thickness of our balsamic clings to the food in which it is drizzled.

We recommend this product, especially with raw fruits and vegetables to bring out the fresh flavor of earth’s bounty. The flavor is one that you’ll never forget, and is great as a dip for your favorite fresh-baked breads, over fruits, salads or even as a marinade over steak, chicken, pork and fish.

Product Information

Light and heat are not good for olive oil and can cause it to go rancid more quickly.  Store in a cool, dark place such as a pantry or basement.  Best not to leave on counter, in a cabinet near or above the stove or oven.  No refrigeration needed.  *If refrigerated, the oil will get cloudy and will have some crystallizing.  However, once the oil gets to room temperature, it will return to normal.

If stored in an environment as stated above, then unopened olive oils should last up to one year.  Open olive oils can last anywhere from 3 to 6 months again depending on how it’s stored.
