White Balsamic Vinegars
Our White Balsamic Vinegars are made with white grapes and are only aged for 12-24 months. They, too, are rich and thick due to the same cooking process as the aged balsamic vinegars without the many years of aging. White balsamic vinegars also come in many different flavors and begin as our Traditional White Balsamic.
As with our aged balsamic vinegars, a natural extract is added to the white balsamics to create the many different varieties of flavors we offer. One additional benefit of a white balsamic…they don’t change the color of your food. Due to its thickness, it, too clings nicely to your food.
