A: Extra Virgin Olive Oil (aka EVOO) is the healthiest of the 3. EVOO has no flaws and an acidity level of .08 or less. EVOO contains Omega 3, Antioxidants and is high in Monounsaturated fats which is considered the healthiest fats on earth. Virgin Olive Oil has minimal flaws with an acidity level of .81 – 2.0. Pure or Refined Olive Oil goes through a heating and chemical process to remove flaws and contains only 10-15% EVOO

A: Our varietal extra virgin olive oils are imported from many different countries such as Greece, Spain, Tunisia, Chili, Australia and more. Our infused olive oils are imported from Spain and Tunisia.

A: Olive oils and Balsamic Vinegars should be stored away from heat and light. Refrigeration is not required. Storage in a dark pantry away from heat is preferred.

A: Unopened olive oils are good for 12-18 months from date of purchase & opened olive oils are good for 6-9 months from date of purchase when stored properly.

A: Dark Balsamic Vinegars are harvested from red grapes and are generally aged for 12 years or more. White Balsamic Vinegars are harvested from white grapes are aged for 12-24 months.

A: Our balsamic vinegar contains 75% more grape must than most balsamic vinegars. It is slow cooked to a reduction and then aged in oak barrels before bottling.

A: All our balsamic vinegar is harvested and imported from Modena, Italy, the birthplace of balsamic vinegar.

A: Unopened Balsamic is good for 24-36 months from date of purchase and opened balsamic is good for 12-18 months from purchase date when stored properly away from heat and light.
