Basil is one of the most popular infused oils and with good reason- all things loved best about summer are concentrated in its aroma. Try this oil over pasta, on salads, on chicken, steak, fish, pork and seafood.

Product Information

Light and heat are not good for olive oil and can cause it to go rancid more quickly.  Store in a cool, dark place such as a pantry or basement.  Best not to leave on counter, in a cabinet near or above the stove or oven.  No refrigeration needed.  *If refrigerated, the oil will get cloudy and will have some crystallizing.  However, once the oil gets to room temperature, it will return to normal.

If stored in an environment as stated above, then unopened olive oils should last up to one year.  Open olive oils can last anywhere from 3 to 6 months again depending on how it’s stored.
